Best Western Rockingham Forest Hotel, Corby

The hotel provided clean and very good standard rooms that were ready for us on time, allowing us to prepare for the wedding. The service was friendly and helpful, although a technical issue could not be solved immediately. The location was fine overall, but finding the hotel was a slight challenge. The dining experience was good with a nice selection of food, although some items were unavailable. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, but lacks air conditioning which made the stay unbearable due to high temperatures. The location was convenient for specific activities like visiting Rockingham Castle, but not very comfortable overall. Arriving quite late at 2.00am, I found the room very comfortable despite the noise from the TV till 3.30am. However, there was some dust on the counter tops. The service was excellent; the staff members were always smiling, helpful, and amiable, making us feel welcome. The location was convenient for our plans, just a 5-minute drive to our destination with plenty of nearby shops. Despite some visible fingerprints on the food, the dining experience overall was very nice, with loads of choices. The buffet offered was of reasonable quality. The hotel facilities were good and well maintained.
